What’s Included in this session?
90-minute virtual 1 on 1 coaching session with Maranda (via Skype or Google Hangouts)
In our session, we will discuss your:
Current diet and exercise habits
Health and wellness goals (short-term and long-term)
Cravings, obstacles, and energy blockers
At the end of the session, you will receive:
Clarity on your next steps for plant-based reset
90-Day Plant-Based Kickstart Plan (Tailored to your preferences and lifestyle)
Includes: Easy Recipes, Supplement Plan, Meal Planning Worksheets, Online Tracking Tools, and Motivational Playlists and Messages
Follow up sessions (if needed) will cover what's going well, what's not working and recommendations for course correction!
