Hi, I'm Maranda Elkin. Welcome to my space! I'm a Certified Health Coach and I work with ambitious professionals who are looking to make changes to a healthy plant-based diet.
In this 6-Month program, you will embark on a journey where you will be setting goals and achieving them through small concrete steps which we will make together. This will encompass all aspects of wellness that impact your life including diet, exercise, stress-reduction, environment and relationships. At the end of your program, you will receive a personal wellness playbook that will serve as your “wellness manifest” that you can return to again and again throughout your life.

12 Biweekly coaching sessions to support you in making the habit and lifestyle changes that you want. Together we will set a game plan for your goals and I will make personalized recommendations to ensure you succeed. Coaching sessions conducted via phone, Skype or FaceTime.
Happiness Assessment - As part of our sessions, we will conduct periodic happiness assessments on every area of your life to continue supporting your journey in the right places.

The Work: We meet bi weekly to check in on what’s working, what’s not working and how to adjust if necessary. I’m there to be your support systems and offer advice on anything you are going through. I love to celebrate your wins and troubleshoot anything that feels like a roadblock. I’ll be your older sister and #1 cheerleader.
The Rituals: We choose experiments together that will allow you to explore new lifestyle habits and expand your mind to what’s possible. Rituals are essential to creating lasting change!
The Grind: I send weekly motivational email check-ins with concise, implementable strategies to keep you moving along your journey. We are in this grind together!
Listen up, buttercup! This is not about being perfect. Perfect is boring and unrealistic. This is about being our complete, authentic selves. Working with me does not mean you have to be perfect, never have an "off day" and be happy for the rest of your life.
Working with me only requires you to make positive decisions for yourself, be willing to try new things, and include a practice of mindfulness in your everyday life.
Why 6 Months?
The 6-Month length of time is very strategic. Everything that I recommend for you is possible to implement right away, but here's the thing: Life happens! Six months is an appropriate amount of time to experience high and low times, stressful times, social situations, change of seasons.
It's enough time to experiment with a new way of eating and recalibrate, set a habit, drop a habit and re-establish a habit. It's like teaching you to ride a bike. For the first few months, you'll have training wheels on and in the next few months, I will be right there beside you to catch you if you fall. We may even upgrade you from a beach cruiser to a mountain bike !
